Le pr\u00e9sident du Bureau ex\u00e9cutif<\/strong>,<\/h3>\n\n

Vu les statuts et le r\u00e8glement int\u00e9rieur de l\u2019Association pour la promotion de la culture guidar (GUMA-ASPROCG),<\/p>\n\n

Vu la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019une bonne organisation de l\u2019Association,<\/p>\n\n

DECIDE<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

Article 1<\/u><\/strong>.- La pr\u00e9sente d\u00e9cision rapporte et remplace la d\u00e9cision n\u00b001\/2009\/PBE portant\u00a0 cr\u00e9ation d\u2019antennes.<\/p>\n\n

\u00a0Article 2<\/u><\/strong>.- Sont cr\u00e9\u00e9es les antennes de l\u2019Association pour la promotion de la culture guidar (GUMA-ASPROCG) dans les localit\u00e9s suivantes\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n

  • FIGUIL, couvrant l\u2019arrondissement de Figuil\u00a0;<\/li>\n\n
  • GUIDER, couvrant les arrondissements de Guider et de Mayo Oulo\u00a0;<\/li>\n\n
  • GAROUA, couvrant les d\u00e9partements de la B\u00e9nou\u00e9, du Mayo Rey et du Faro\u00a0;<\/li>\n\n
  • MAROUA, couvrant la r\u00e9gion de l\u2019Extr\u00eame-Nord\u00a0;<\/li>\n\n
  • NGAOUNDERE, couvrant la r\u00e9gion de l\u2019Adamaoua\u00a0;<\/li>\n\n
  • YAOUNDE, couvrant les r\u00e9gions du Centre et du Sud\u00a0;<\/li>\n\n
  • BERTOUA, couvrant la r\u00e9gion de l\u2019Est\u00a0;<\/li>\n\n
  • BAFOUSSAM, couvrant les r\u00e9gions de l\u2019Ouest et du Nord-Ouest\u00a0;<\/li>\n\n
  • DOUALA, couvrant les r\u00e9gions du Littoral et du Sud-Ouest\u00a0;<\/li>\n\n
  • LERE, pour les Guidar du Tchad\u00a0;<\/li>\n\n
  • PARIS, pour tous les Guidar membres de la diaspora, install\u00e9s en Europe, aux Etats-Unis et au Canada.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

    Article 3<\/u><\/strong>.- Les Guidar install\u00e9s dans d\u2019autres pays d\u2019Afrique ou dans d\u2019autres parties du monde o\u00f9 une antenne de l\u2019Association n\u2019existe pas, peuvent se rattacher \u00e0 une antenne de leur convenance.<\/p>\n\n

    Article 4<\/u><\/strong>.- D\u2019autres antennes pourront \u00eatre cr\u00e9\u00e9es en cas de n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 organisationnelle.<\/p>\n\n

    Article 5<\/u><\/strong>.- Les antennes peuvent cr\u00e9er des sous-antennes, en fonction de la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019organisation.<\/p>\n\n
